Job description / Role
• AED15-20000 Per Month
• On behalf of our client a multinational publishing firm that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a HR Advisor
• Reporting to the Regional HR Manager you will be responsible for all performance management issues and employee relations. This will include onboarding/orientation and conducting exit interviews
• You will also be responsible for all other HR administrative work
Requirements
• The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE and have a minimum of 5 years experience in employee relations and performance management, 2 of which must of been working in the UAE at a large multinational
• Please note this is not a Managerial or business partner role
