HR Advisor

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is currently working with a global logistics and mobility organisation who is looking to hire a HR Advisor to support their HR Function within the Middle East. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a Generalist role within a well-established, international organisation.

Reporting to the Regional HR Director and working closely with Senior Management, this role will be responsible for the delivery of HR Services within the ME Region. The HR Advisor will be responsible for the full-employee lifecycle across the business with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, induction and training.

In addition, this role will oversee operations, employee relations, payroll and rewards, employee engagement and initiatives as well as ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with local labour laws across the group.

The Advisor will also have the opportunity to progress in other areas such as Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development and Wellbeing programmes, offering more exposure and growth.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of the UAE labour law and a minimum of 1 year work experience in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.

Our client is looking for someone who can handle diverse situations with confidence and multi-task under demanding deadlines along with strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Further Education in the related field is preferred.
