Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As part of our On-Boarding team, you will be the first point of contact for all new joiners therefore you should be highly professional and be a brand ambassador for the company to welcome our new employees into the Al Futtaim Group

You will be present at the HR Induction day each week to provide guidance to all new staff and answer any onboarding related questions

As part of your role you will be required to collate and process all labour related documents for approval as well as coordinating all joining formalities including hotel and flight bookings

Requirements

This is a busy role which requires 100% accuracy and attention to detail in dealing with a high volume of important documents.

Candidates must have exposure in the UAE or GCC with onboarding formalities and be highly knowledgeable on the labour law along with excellent communication skills, ability to meet deadlines under pressure and the confidence to build positive relationships with all levels of staff.

We require candidates to have a degree from a reputable university, 2-3 years' experience in supporting HR system transaction module. Experience with SAP HR is desirable and a proactive helpful attitude is essential.
