HR Analyst (Off Boarding) - Al Futtaim Group HR - Dubai, UAE

As part of the HR Shared Services, you will provide operational support for exit management processes including off boarding queries, end of service benefit calculation, government formalities, advice on policy and labor law in collaboration with Line Managers, HR Business Partners and different stakeholders across UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Management or Technology with 2-3 years experience as HR Generalist or in HR customer service help desk position within a shared services environment.

Good knowledge in UAE Labor Law is strictly required for this role. Sound working experience with SAP HR Module or similar ERP system would be an added advantage. High proficiency in MS Office Applications and fluency in written and spoken English is highly required.

This is a busy role which requires 100% accuracy and attention to detail in dealing with a high volume of inquiries.
