Job description / Role
HR Analyst (Off-boarding) - HRConnect - Group HR - Al Futtaim Group - Dubai, UAE
To provide operational support for exit management processes including : Off boarding queries, End of Service Benefit Calculation; Government formalities ; advice on policy and labor law etc. in collaboration with LM’s, HRBPs and different stakeholders across UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Management or Technology
- CIPD or similar qualification a plus
Minimum Experience:
- 2 - 3 years’ experience as HR Generalist or in customer service help desk role
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in supporting SAP HR Module or similar ERP
- Proficiency with PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment, completing work tasks with speed and accuracy in a detailed work environment.
- Experience in a Shared Services environment a plus.
- Experience with common help desk tool such as CRM is a plus
- Good Knowledge of UAE Labour Law
