Charterhouse is working with a global organisation. Our client is looking to hire an HR and Administration Manager to join their team in Dubai.

This role will be responsible for managing the HR team and assisting the Managing Director with strategic plans. You will work closely with Senior Management to deliver HR strategy as well as forecast and prepare annual budgets. You will manage and monitor HR budgets, tracking spend versus budget particularly for recruitment and training. In addition, you will develop policies and procedures and regional goals recommending any necessary changes. You will also assist the Managing Director in implementing the employee engagement action plans.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be CIPD qualified or equivalent with a background in a similar role. You should have regional experience coupled with an understanding of handling budgets and HR strategy. You should also be confident, personable and adaptable. Leadership skills and the ability to work with individuals at Managing Director level across various departments of the business are essential for this role.
