Our Building Business Unit has expertise in most building types from skyscrapers to airports, mixed-use, and even state-of-art manufacturing facilities.
• Some of the Building BU’s representative projects include the world’s tallest building Burj Khalifa, Petronas Twin Towers, Incheon International Airport, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, and Dongdaemun Design Plaza in Korea. Our Civil Business Unit focuses on roads, bridges, tunnels, ports, airport runways, and dams.
• Major projects include Incheon Grand Bridge (the world’s fifth longest span cable-stayed bridge when it was completed), multiple subway projects (track, station, tunnel) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Hong Kong, not to mention here in Korea.
• And a $5.7bn mega project in Perth, Australia, which consisted of an iron-ore processing plant and transportation facilities.
Our Plant Business Unit specializes in combined cycle gas turbine plants, coal fired and nuclear power plants, energy storage (typically LNG, LPG Tanks) and regasification facilities. Through our experiences in flagship projects including Qurayyah IPP in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Shin-Wolsung Nuclear Power in Korea, S-LNG Terminal in Singapore, and others, we are recognized as one of the most innovative plant contractors in the industry.
• We also start new business model with a previous traditional business, which are included green energy, smart city, and home platforms.
• We launched to develop integrated solutions to expand into higher value-added areas.

Job Position: HR and Administration Manager

Job Overview:
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Spearheaded talent acquisition efforts to ensure the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent.
• Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Samsung's values and legal requirements.
• HRIS Systems: Manage and optimize HR Information Systems(Olive) for efficient data management and reporting.
• UAE Employment Law: Stay abreast of UAE employment laws and ensure organizational compliance.
• Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes to drive employee excellence.
• Training & Development: Facilitate continuous learning and development programs for employees.
• Compensation & Benefits: Manage the compensation and benefits framework to ensure competitiveness.
• Health & Safety: Oversee health and safety initiatives to create a secure working environment.
• Legal Compliances: Ensure adherence to legal requirements related to HR and administration
• Licenses : Extend existing Licenses and get a new Licenses
• Office Management : Manage Office rental Contract

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Candidate Profile:
• Language: Required English and Arabic Proficiency
• Educational Preferences: At least Bachelor's Degree
• Gender: Doesn't matter
• Age: 35 - 45 years
• Work Experience: 10 years

Working Conditions:
• Expected Date of Recruitment: within 2024 1Q
• Salary: Decision after interview (AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances)
• Term of the Contract: 2 years(Can be extended)
• Working Hours: 8 hours a day (Mon ~ Fri)
• Vacations: As per UAE Law
• Retirement Pension: As per UAE Law
• Insurance: Support
• Visa: Support(2 year residence Visa)
• Board and Lodging: inclusive in Salary
• Accompanying Family: Provide Health Insurance and Visa for legal spouse and max of 3 unmarried dependents under 18
