Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

* Manage the salary and bonus review process for the firm
* Partner with the Recruitment Manager in London to help advise and guide on local hire needs
* Manage all HR transaction actives, holiday, maternity leave and sickness
* Manage the process of new starters and leaver to include visas, attestations of documents and medical insurance
* Act as a line manager for all business support staff
* Oversee all training and development needs for the support staff
* Update the HR policies and procedures to ensure the firm in compliant with the labour law
* Oversee the induction process for new joiners

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have a strong HR background along with some general office management experience. Ideally you will have had exposure to working for a law firm or consulting business. Previous line management and UAE experience in essential.
