Charterhouse is working with a financial investment business based in the DMCC that has offices in the UAE, Qatar and France. Our client is looking to hire an HR and Payroll Specialist to join the organisation.
As HR and Payroll specialist, you will be responsible for implementing basic policies and procedures across the business. The company has their headquarters in Dubai, therefore you will be managing payroll for all employees globally from the Dubai office.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have previously processed monthly payroll for the UAE and other countries both manually and using an online system. You should have HR experience in the region coupled with an excellent understanding of labour laws and the visa process within the DMCC. Experience working with the accounts of a French business is essential. Our client has stated a preference for a native French speaker for this position.
