Job description / Role
- Ensures that employees soft and hard copy files and Human Resources Management system database are accurately recorded and crosschecked in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures: information, attendance, leaves, and overtime
- Keep track of the SIO formalities (creation, termination, follow-up invoices) and perform the yearly salary update declaration
- Provide Reports internally or externally as required
- Liaise closely with any relevant department about any changes in regards to employee’s situation (transfer, termination, promotion)
- Apply, renew and cancel any kind of visa (work, business, visit, exit, domestic),
- Provide a regular follow-up to the Recruitment Specialist in regards to New Joiners Immigration status
- Monitor expatriate visas ceiling according to our Commercial Registration record through LMRA, and provide regular reports
- Prepare and send contractual documents such as certificates, letters, forms, job orders,.. for employees, or any relevant institutions (NHRA, Embassies, Chamber Of Commerce,… )
- Arrange necessary appointment and follow-up with relevant institutions (Medical check-up, Optometrist examination, LMRA,…)
- Maintain routine correspondence and send appropriate responses
- Assist the HR Manager with the day-to-day operation of the HR department
- Send various memo, circular
Requirements
- Minimum BS, BA Degree
- Be computer literate to include basic MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Have good organizational and time management skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Prioritize
- Good attention to details
- Minimum 4 years work experience in the same position
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English mandatory, and Arabic is appreciated
- Good sense of service
- High integrity
- Knowledge of HR processes
- Knowledge of GCC Labour Law
