Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Manage and oversee the implementation and compliance of the Human Resources policies, procedures, and systems.
• Provide expertise, support, and advice in the various Human Resources functions, which include:

- Recruitment, Payroll
- Employment law and employee relations
- Visa process
- Documentation, Internal and external memos and documents.

Key responsibilities:

Pre-Hiring Process

• Interview process, Job post, Shortlisting, Phone interview
• Holds Orientations for new joiners

Onboarding of New Employee

• Prepare new offers, joining memo and internal hiring memo
• Communicate employment and visa requirements to new joiners upon acceptance of offer
• Collect and check all submitted documents and liaise with PRO for visa / work permit application
• Prepare and maintain HR employee digital and hard copy files

Exit Process for Leavers

• Prepare termination, end of contract letters etc
• Request clearance from different departments for terminated /Resigned employees

HR System

• Process all kind of transaction through the system such as vacations, Termination, Resignations, encashment etc
• Check and provide initial approval of Transactions at the HR System

General administrative tasks

• Prepare requested letters such as change of title letters, promotions, warning letter, etc.
• Accountable for preparing Non disclosure agreement, Salary Certificates, Experience letters ,Employment certificate etc
• Prepare internal memo (Accommodations, Schools, Transfer ..etc)
• Observe employee’s adhering to company’s instructions (Dress code , attendance etc)
• Preparation of Reports as per management requests
• Respond to employees inquiries on HR admin related topics
• Report any incidents, complaints or failures , problem solving
• Develop a good working relationship with other departments and all employees

Requirements

• Should be a graduate of BS in Human Resources or relevant field.
• At least 5 years proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
• Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks.
• Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills.

Hundred Thousands of square meters of "Built up Area" had been accomplish which later converted to thousands of residential, commercial & retail units.

Hospitality: The group entered Hospitality field by establishing "Samaya Hotel", a five star luxury hotel, which is located in Deira - Dubai. The hotel is managed by "Samaya for Hotels & Resorts" & "Samaya for Hotel Apartment". There are still other hotel projects will be launched in Dubai.

Education: To develop Human in particular & the society in general, the group has established Al Yarmouk Private University & Al Yarmouk Schools in Syria in addition to multi stages schools in Syria, Jordan & Turkey. Furthermore, the management used to provide scholarships for top students.

Health Care: Since Human's care is core interest, the group has decided to launch a new hospital in coordinating with University Of Freiburg - Germany, the hospital will be provided with the professional / qualified specialists and equipped with the highest medical technologies. There are other initiatives under processing that contribute to develop the human & society together and we hope they will be ready soon.
