Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Is responsible for assisting in effective implementing and monitoring of HR policies and procedures. It involves various front office and administration tasks and support in the recruitment process and related records management.
- Adheres to and supports implementation of HR & Administration department’s policies and procedures;
- Provides administrative support to HR &Admin functions and processes that provide employee oriented and high performance culture across Company;
- Supports the HR team in areas related to improvement tracking systems, record keeping/HR filing, employee relations, employee safety, welfare and health reporting and other day to day HR operations;
- Liaises with the PRO for visa application status updates;
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounts department and all departments throughout the organization providing a customer focused and effective HR support service to the organization;
- Prepares all documentation required for embedding new hires in the company;
- Assists in registering time sheets and attendances when required;
- Assists in following up for gate pass requisitions and security clearances;
- Prepares all application/forms for HR & Administration Department and distributes as required;
- Supports the HR in maintaining employee records; and
- Works within the limits of authority as defined by the HR Officer.

Requirements

- Diploma in Business Administration / HR or equivalent, Bachelors preferred

Skill base required:
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a HR or administration capacity
- Must be able to multi-tasking in a fast pace, high volume, environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must possess strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office
- Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to deal with work-related deadlines, accountability and responsibilities
- Must be able to work under frequent job pressure generated by short and inflexible deadlines
- Must be able to work independently and under time constraints
