Job description / Role
Objectives: To provide generalist HR support to the business focusing on engagement and development
Main responsibilities:
- Full cycle engagement from onboarding, induction plans, events and surveys, rewards and recognition
- Administrative duties to include database maintenance and gaining financial approvals, e.g. for recruitment and training costs
- Leading all training & development activities across the region including creation and delivery of material
- Partnering with Regional HQ team on group wide training
- Link up with HR & HQ teams for Asia Pacific and MENA, including group wide HR projects
Reporting to: HR Director
Other interactions: GM and business unit heads, vendors and suppliers
Duration: Permanent
Desired start date: As soon as possible
Travel requirements: Regular travel across region
Gross monthly base salary: 30,000
Requirements
- Strong FMCG or consumer background ideally with a MNC
- Degree educated
- MENA experience is essential
- Experience dealing with external vendors and suppliers
- Arabic speaking would be beneficial but not essential
- There will be travel across the region
- Ideally 4 + years’ experience within HR
