HR Business Partner - Fashion - DFC - Dubai

As an HR BP you will be expected to act as a trusted advisor to senior line management on all human capital management matters. Your success will depend on your development of an in depth understanding of the business, so as to implement HR strategies and practices that support robust business growth, reinforce a culture of performance focus, meritocracy and diversity; all while complying with Group HR policies.

You will report to the GM HR for the business, and will be part of an outstanding team based in our Head offices in Dubai Festival City.

Requirements

In order to be a successful HR BP you must be educated to a degree level in either HR, Psychology or Business Management. CIPD qualification would be advantageous.

You must also have at least 5 years’ experience in an HR generalist role and previous experience as an HRBP ideally working for a well-known organization in the Retail Industry.

Regional experience in the Middle East would be beneficial.
