Job description / Role
A multinational business with a big global presence, is seeking a HR Business Partner to support the HR Director and drive Learning & Development initiatives across MENA region.
- Identify, track and lead all training initiatives across the region
- Manage the training budget
- Monitor training successes and area for improvements
- Put together training material and deliver when necessary
- Lead initiatives for employee engagement including employee surveys
- Induct new starters with training packs and orientation
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a strong background in Learning & Development with proven skills in developing and delivering training.
Experience in a multinational environment is a must as well as experience in the Middle East region. North Africa experience is a plus.
Candidates will be required to travel around the region for training therefore, must have freedom to travel.
Only native Arabs or Westerners will be considered.
