Job description / Role
On behalf of our client an international aviation company that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a HR Consultant. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for management of six staff including administrators, PRO's, HR Administrator and HR/Payroll Officer, provide day to day operational HR support and guidance to aviation service line managers and staff, attend weekly management meetings for updates within said department, prepare all offers of employment and termination letters, assist line managers with recruitment, assist in the process of payroll and guide managers in the area of performance related issues
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have a degree or certification in HR, three years supervisory experience with full spectrum knowledge of HR polices and procedures.
