Employment: Full Time

Abdul Latif Jameel International has an opening for an HR Coordinator based in Dubai. This role will assist with the implementation of HR Policy by supporting employees with day-to day HR Operations.

Primary Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining HR files and databases;
- Coordinating with external agencies e.g. insurance providers, travel agents, hotels and other vendors on a regular basis;
- Records, monitors and reports on staff leave and absences;
- Provides administration support to the HR Team
- Performs any other related duties as required.

Requirements

- Must have an HR Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Institution
- 3-5 years of Personnel Management Experience
- Fluent in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on MS excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
