HR Coordinator - Leading FMCG Company - Ras Al Khaimah

This role would suit an ambitious HR Administrator, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator that has gained commercial experience within a generalist HR environment.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Answering day to day HR queries and escalating to the HR Manager when required
* Providing effective support for all recruitment activities; advertising, liaising with recruitment agencies, organising interviews and conducting interviews
* Coordinating all Learning and Development activities
* Administration support for monthly payroll and analysis of monthly review forms
* Coordinating change management activities as required
* Assisting in formal employee relations cases including organising meetings and note taking
* General administrative duties including filing, photocopying and scanning
* To be suitable for this HR Coordinator role you have gained previous experience within an HR administration based role. You will be degree educated, ideally with a business or human resources related qualification and will thrive on working within a busy and fast paced environment.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
* One year of experience using an HRIS system and other office tools to effectively achieve job outcomes.
* 2-3 years of experience working in the Human Resources field.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
