Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the Corporate Recruitment Manager, the position’s primary responsibility is to deliver administrative support to the Corporate Recruitment Department. Focus will be to provide effective reporting solutions to the team.

Knowledge of industry standard reporting formats, ability to analyze raw data and interpret to various types of reporting formats.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect data from team members directly or through meetings and interpret them to reports and / or action plans.
- Deliver customized reports, dashboards and presentation formats
- Facilitate up to date reporting solutions
- Utilize tools such as SQL, Publishers, Excel, Access, Word and Powerpoint to manage and interpret raw data to an effective reporting format
- Support team members in the Department on various administrative tasks
- Responsible for Department meeting schedules, venue and other preparation required. Ensuring that all members’ attendance is present and available.
- Publish internal announcements in behalf of the Corporate Recruitment Department

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in HR, IT, Data Analysis or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledgeable in recruitment system.
- Experience with SAP, SQL, Cazar Recruitment System, Illustrator, Photoshop, Desktop Publisher is an added advantage.
- Analytic and Self driven. Able to work within a team.
- Three (3) years in HR or Business Reporting
