We are actively looking for a HR coordinator to manage the visa process through typing centre and PRO for new process and renewals. Being able to manage petty cash through ERP system and managing all employee files through our new customised cloud HRMS system implemented.

Duties also including but limited to:
- Visa processing of all new employee’s within the company
- Visa renewals for old employee’s upon renewals
- Maintaining and tracking all company documents for processing and renewals ie..(Trade License, Tenancy Contract, Vehicle registration, etc…)
- Maintaining employee’s file and updating into system
- Tracking all employee’s attendance
- Managing recruitment though cloud software
- Handling and disbursing petty cash
- Preparing of Monthly payroll

Requirements

The job requires a self starting, motivated person with good initiative and able to think on there feet.

Candidate must have 2-3 years experience in HR related works

OFFER:
- Salary: AED 4,000 - AED 4,300
- 30 days annual leave per year
- Annual Return ticket to home country
- Transportation provided by the company.
