Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Function:

• To execute and ensure smooth functioning of all HR & PR related activities of the organization.

Detailed Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordination with employees for labor contract signing/ visa renewals / cancellations /medical/Emirates Id/ Trakhees ID etc
• Handling process of employment visa stamping – typing, medical and health card.
• Submission and collection of documents for sponsor's signature and Iabor and immigration departments
• Arranging medical of staff and collection of reports including taking new staff to medical centers
• Applying emirates IDs for new staff and assisting staff for scanning
• Obtaining signatures on visa cancellation documents and passport submission and collection from immigration
• Submission of passports and collections after visa stamping
• Assisting employees in cancellation at airport and collection of cancellation paper from airport.
• Releasing passports to employees as and when required as per HRMS approvals including handling of emergencies
• Submit relevant documents at Immigration dept in cases of out of country cancelation and absconding.
• If required Submit, follow up and collect all new employment and business visas to ensure that the visas are processed on a timely manner to 'support the business.
• Legal translation works /certificate attestations
• General Post office work such as daily post box clearance.
• Handling translation of documents / attestation of documents from Foreign Ministry and other concerned departments.
• Assist the dept in works which may be deemed as necessary from time to time

Salary:
AED 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Mandatory and Preferred Qualifications Required:

• UAE Driving License

Key Knowledge & Skills required:

• Basic knowledge of labor / Visa /Medical and EID related documentation
• Must have knowledge of UAE labor Laws
• Familiarity with Govt. department’s locations and procedures for dealings.
• Documentation skills
• Coordination-Skills
• Emergency Handling for release of Passport
