Job description / Role
HR Data Analyst Up To 7k Aed for a Leading Investment Group In UAE
• Responsible in maintaining periodic reports of employees data
• Preparing, maintaining, and updating employee data for the HR information system
• Deal with requests for information, and create ad hoc reports for the team, employees and management as required
• Collaborating with multiple teams throughout the company on data or new enhancements that require information
• Accurately produce all required HR data reports, displayed in appropriate formats, in agreed
• timeframes. This includes the production of recurrent and ad hoc HR data metrics/dashboards.
• Liaise with internal business units to obtain required data.
Requirements
• POSITION: HR Data Analyst
• SALARY: up to 7,000 AED all-inclusive depending on years of experience
• HIRING COMPANY: A leading distributor and logistic service provider (retailer and wholesaler)
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationals
• Male/Female, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any relevant courses
• At least 3 years of experience in the UAE; preferably with human resources function
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Knowledgeable in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or Human Resource Management System (HRMS)
• Ability to provide clear and accurate information in a suitable format for business use
• Experience of data analysis/data manipulation/problem solving
