Job description / Role

A Global Media & digital group is looking for a HR Director to join their operations in Dubai.

- Setting up Recruitment Best Practices in the organisation
- Main contact point to assist employees with all HR related queries
- Supervising the induction and orientation of new employees and interns
- Responsible for actively building a culture of learning and development
- Support and help drive a performance driven culture
- Support organisation Climate Initiatives

Requirements

- An understanding of the industry (digital organisation experience)
- Recruitment expertise
- Director level, +10 years
- Strong HR administration skills
- Knowledge of Labor Law
- Degree in Human Resources (Management and Learning & Development) • Arabic speaking
- Dubai experience (MENA experience is non-negotiable however)
- Strong administration skills
- Attention to detail- thoroughness and accuracy
- Ability to interact sensitively with employees and to be the main confidante of the organisation
- Ability to work well under pressure and attend to competing priorities
