Job description / Role
NTS Group are currently working with one of the region’s leading companies who are now recruiting a HR Director. This is a great opportunity to work for a reputable and credible brand for an organisation known for its sophisticated and forward thinking HR processes.
Reporting into the GM, you will be responsible for leading a sizeable direct team of reports (consisting of HR Managers and specialists) and working very closely with the GM in regards to setting and defining HR Strategy. You will be involved in all aspects of the HR spectrum, ranging from Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Training/ L&D and Recruitment.
You will also be involved in designing retention strategies and should be comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The salary range for this role is AED 30,000 - 35,000 (+ Benefits).
Requirements
To be successful, you will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience within HR (at least 3 of these should be at a managerial level) and exposure to dealing with an employee workforce of 500+.
Candidates who have experience within the field of hospitality are preferred, preferably working within the luxury sector. Candidates based either locally or overseas will be considered.
