Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively with a luxury brand and highly prestigious client to appoint a Human Resources Director.
This role will be strategically in charge of the whole HR remit of the brand. Key areas of focus include (but are not limited to) talent management, manpower planning and employer branding. Partnering with senior management and the owners alike, you will be a confident individual who excels at working collaboratively at this level whilst conducting yourself in a highly professional and presentable manner at all times.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role you should be Degree educated in a relevant field, or hold a full CIPD qualification with a minimum of 10 years HR experience. It is essential you have experience working with luxury brands for the hotel and / or leisure industry that can provide you with excellent references.
