Employment: Full Time

HR Director required for a global IT player. This is a high profile, senior role with one of the largest and leading organizations in the Information Technology/Software industry.

The role encompasses responsibilities from organisation design, to looking at talent management and development, culture and employee engagement initiatives through to reward, employee relations and resourcing.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders on organizational design that enables the delivery of strategic goals and optimizes efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations. Provide day-to-day coaching, counselling, career development, and disciplinary actions
- Manage HR teams and lead HR strategy and operations across multiple countries in the Middle East
- Helping create and maintain a high-achieving organisational culture through reward systems, employee engagement, equality and diversity.
- Reinforcing and building upon the current culture of trust, honesty and integrity and the strong sense of corporate values

Requirements

- Extensive experience as an HR Senior Manager or HR Director – broad generalist experience in employee relations, employee engagement, HR administration and supporting performance management
- Strong leadership portfolio with extensive experience in the Middle East
- Previous experience working with global/multinational organizations.
- Pragmatic and hands on. Ability to work in an extremely dynamic and fast paced multicultural work environment
- People oriented, progressive with a strong ethical and moral integrity
- Strong educational qualifications preferably a Masters in HRM with CIPD/SHRM/SPHR Certifications
