Job description / Role
Frontier IQ is urgently sourcing a HR Executive for a high profile company. The firm is the developer and manager of a number of high profile amenities in Dubai along with many other leisure projects.
This role will be based in Dubai, UAE working on building a strong foundation with staff as well as managing the upcoming projects.
Requirements
- Should hold a Bachelors or Master’s degree from a reputed university
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR field is a must
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English are mandatory
- Possess skills in efficient multitasking and organizing
- Should have a valid UAE driving license and his own mode of transport for visit requirements
- Highly driven with expert skills in formulating a business plan
- Skilled in performing computerized activities and carrying out operations in MS applications
