Job description / Role
* Making or amending the existing policies and procedures
* Making payroll, keeping a track to the attendance of the employees.
* Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and council on human resource and work related issues.
* Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to insure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure to hire staff.
* Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned departments.
* Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop te skills and capabilities of staff.
Requirements
- Must have at 3 Years + more of experience in HR Related
- Arab Native
- Preferably Female
- Graduate or Bachelors Degree
- Familiar with UAE Labor Law
- Industry Background - Retail
- Can handle pressure and deadlines
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
