Employment: Full Time

Our multinational, automotive client is currently recruiting for an HR Generalist

JOB PURPOSE: Support Talent Manager in daily operations.

Recruitment:
- Identify needs from managers
- Coordinate with outsourcing agency
- Select and Interview candidates
- Provide shortlist to managers
- Ensure a smooth admin/visa process
- Handle HR induction process for new joiners.
- Coordinate with business heads to update/create materials
- Coordinate with providers/suppliers and secure logistics
- Collect feedback from participants and propose improvement plan for future session

Manage HR admin related tasks:
- Purchase order preparation

The position requires effective working relationship with :
- Department Heads/managers for coordination for various projects/recruitment.
- Recruitment agencies & Assessment centers for recruitment related activities

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- An HR related degree would be a plus
- 5-6 years of experience
- MS Office, especially excel.
- Arabic language would be a plus
