Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Works with Programme HR Manager in the development and implementation of Programme HR initiatives
- Support development and implementation of the Programme Staff and Resource Management strategy
- First point of contact for day to day HR related policy and advice for programme staff
- Coordinate with PMC company staffing managers, recruiting, and HR support functions for hiring, mobilization, onboarding, transfer, and demobilization of PMC staff
- Champion the annual PMC employee performance review to encourage goal setting, management review and career development support
- Provides support and strategic HR services to the Programme.
- Responsible for the hiring and mobilization of new joiners
- Lead ‘One Team’ Programme induction inclusive of Client partners and PMC staff
- Process internal transfers and demobilisations
- Manage staff approval process including the preparation of ‘cost to employee’ forms for PMC approval
- Performs complex HR analyst duties

Requirements

- BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years professional experience with 3 years in a human resource field preferred.
- Experience in other Construction / Engineering / Property businesses would be advantageous.
