Job description / Role
Our client, a US based energy and chemical manufacturing is recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist to be based in their new office in Dubai. The HR Generalist will be required to perform the following duties:
Manage entire HR operations for the business in GCC.
- Recruitment support for GCC.
- Performance Management.
- Potential evaluation.
- On boarding of employees.
- Learning & Training Calendar.
- Training Matrix Management.
- Learning Need identification & analysis.
- Employee engagement.
- Culture development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) required
- Demonstrated HR experience – minimum 5 to 7 years
- Good knowledge of local employment legislation
- Experience working on a variety of HR functions
- Strong analytical thinking
- Consultative skills and Project Management experience
- The ability to work in a fast moving and changing environment
- Ability to effectively communicate in various mediums to a wide variety of audiences
- Able to build relationships and develop credibility with internal clients
- Experience working on various HR programs/projects
- Strong ability to multi-task and respond effectively to changing priorities and demands
