Job description / Role
Working for my client who are a Chinese company expanding their operations in Dubai, we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to take on responsibility of the HR Manager role for the region, reporting to the Group Head of HR at their Head Office in Hong Kong and Beijing.
Your role will be handling an all rounded HR function across the Middle East and North Africa region within the Group. Responsible to manage the day-to-day HR operations across the offices in Dubai and other new offices, offering sound HR advice with the support of local HR representative. You will assist to manage full spectrum of HR, including: talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, retention and development, performance management and employee relations.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have 5 years generalist HR experience, preferably working in the UAE, able to assist in the new office set up, excellent communication skills verbal and written in both English and Chinese and degree educated, ideally in HR or related field.
