Our client delivers advisory services to clients through three operating units, each of which is a leader in its field. It is a top-tier global professional services firm that combines deep industry knowledge with specialized expertise in strategy, operations, risk management, organizational transformation, and leadership development.

We have been engaged on their behalf, to source a Human Capital Generalist to be based in the Middle East office in Dubai. You will be the primary point of contact for UAE HR Operations related queries covering topics such as payroll, benefits and employee relations. You will also oversee two other regions i.e., Saudi Arabia and Turkey, therefore any previous experience with Saudi/Turkey would be regarded as a distinct advantage. It absolutely critical that the job holder is able to fluently read, write and speak Arabic and be comfortable with Arabic contracts and non-objection letters. The role is very varied and our client is looking for someone who has experience with payroll for at least 100 employees and is an expert on labour law, contracts, UAE immigration / visa processes and other experience in training and recruiting would also be seen as an advantage but not critical.

Key responsibilities include payroll, administering employee benefit plans, on boarding and off boarding, and maintaining the internal HRIS system. There will be interaction with third party service providers, day to day employee relations and also recording and monitoring leave of absences and supporting training coordination.

Requirements

Applications are invited from those with a minimum of five years of HR experience in an international/multi-cultural environment within the UAE covering areas such as immigration, payroll and employee relations. Arabic is an absolute must. An immediate availability to start would be seen as a distinct advantage. This is a full time permanent role effective immediately so benefits apply such as medical for self and family, 2 air tickets in cash for self and family, life/disability/sickness/income protection insurance.
