Job description / Role
Candidate with relevant qualification to perform a wide variety of responsibilities and handles all the functions related to an employee in the organization.
- Duties involve employee orientation, development, training and also recruitment of suitable Staff for the organization.
- Communication and coordination with other departments.
Requirements
- The candidate must have a Basic degree plus relevant qualification related to HR
- Previous experience of minimum two years to five years
- Should have knowledge of UAE labour laws.
- Excellent communication skill, interpersonal skills
