My client is an international construction company. They are looking for a HR Information System Manager to join their team here in Dubai.
Your new role
• The role will focus on implementing a new HR and payroll system.
• You will work in a multicultural friendly team that is growing.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have;
• Over 5 – 7 years’ Human Resources
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law would be an advantage
• Experience is doing at least one third party implementation in the past
• Experience in explaining the logic to the vendor
• Experience with report writing and script testing
• Experience assisting the users to understand the systems
