Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the HR Director some responsibilities will include:
* Coaching line managers on the company's disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes to promote fairness, consistency of approach and employee satisfaction and productivity
* Providing technical expertise and support to employees, supervisors, and managers on employee performance, discipline, supervision, and grievance related issues
* Maximising team efficiency and impact through the development of effective working relationships with key stakeholders at market and corporate office level
* Developing and sharing in-depth knowledge of local legislation and practices Managing the recruitment, operations, compensations & benefits, immigration services teams and HR Business partners who are consistently

Requirements

Completed undergraduate degree Post graduate degree and/or a professional designation is an asset Minimum 4 - 6 years of relevant work experience in Shared Services, Service Delivery, and HR Process Re-engineering / Design and Operations and HR transformation.

Deep HR life cycle process knowledge with proven ability to identify upstream and downstream implications to HR process decisions Superior workshop facilitation, verbal and written communication skills Strong consulting/professional services experience is a must Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities .

Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership.
