EMR is an emerging markets foremost provider of recruitment solutions specialised in most industrial segments and key functions.
We are currently working with a leading Global FMCG company that is looking for an HR Manager to set up operations within the GCC Region and strategise a complete HR function along with restructuring operations.
The successful candidate will be collaborating closely with the head offices based in Europe and will be responsible for creating and implementing all of the HR policies and procedures, while ensuring these are in line with the UAE and KSA market and employment laws.
The HR Manager will be accountable for:
- Creating an employee manual that is complete with all of the HR-related tools in conjunction to the company’s recruitment plans, performance management and employee relation issues aligned with the long term corporate objectives
- Working closely with the HR Director to set HR strategies
Requirements
- Current position as HR Manager in the FMCG Industry
- Current management of recruitment activities
- More than 8 years of experience in the FMCG Industry
- Experience in working in KSA or UAE market
- Experience in dealing with agencies
- Excellent English Communication Skills
