HR Manager

Job description / Role

Objectives: One multinational company is now looking for a HR manager to join their Dubai cooperate office.

Main responsibilities:
- Implementation of HR strategies and policies.
- Training, facilitation and promotion of knowledge building and sharing : Synthesis of lessons learned and best practices in HR
- New Hire/Termination: Managing employee termination process, final payment and the exit interview.
- Labor Relations: Interpret labor laws and administers them accordingly.
- Payroll and Benefits: Manage the payroll process every month
- Recruitment/Job Placement: Assess the employment needs of the company and tries to meet them.
- Staff performance management and career development: Elaboration and implantation of performance appraisal process.
- Other responsibilities : Oversee day to day HR operations

Reporting to: Head of HR
Duration: Permanent
Desired start date: Immediate available
Working Hours: Sundays to Thursdays

Requirements

* CIPD Preferred
* BSc in Business Admin or other related
* Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resource
* Familiar with UAE Labour Law
* Good experience in implementing the HR policy, HR system
* Gender Preference: Female preferred
* Excellent English communication skill both in written and speaking,Arabic speaker preferred but not essential
