HR Manager

Job description / Role

Leading client in the field of luxury hospitality are seeking a dynamic, energetic and driven HR Manager during a growth phase for the company. This is a hands on HR Generalist role reporting directly to the HR Director with a key focus on Performance Mangaement and Employee Engagement.

- Implementation of the performance management system, performance management reviews
- Employee engagement initiatives
- HR Policies and Procedures
- Partnering closely with the HR Director on various new projects and initiatives
- Coordinating with the Cluster L&D Director on various projects such as the TNA

Requirements

- A degree in HR and/or Business focused subject, CIPD or similar HR qualification
- 5-7 years experience in a similar HR role in the UAE/Qatar within a luxury hotel
- Self motivated, proactive and energetic with previous HR Manager exposure focussed on performance management and employee engagement
- Ability to work within an incredibly fast paced environment
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels and cultures
- Previous team management experience within a large UAE based organisation managing multicultural teams
- Managerial experience and leadership qualities
- Hospitality experience/hotel experience with a LUXURY brand is essential
