Job description / Role
A multinational company is in need for HR Manager, Arabic speaker only.
- Attending HR weekly meetings with top management to plan HR activities
- Drafted Employee Handbook, HR policies, handled grievances and disciplinary actions
- Recruitment & Manpower planning as per projects requirements, designing & implementing recruitment strategies
- Screening& short listing CVs, preparing offer letters and negotiating salaries in line of internal grading system
- Handling training for engineers to obtain competency certificates
- Managing staff performance (probation assessment, mid-year and end of the year reviews)
- Monitoring staff attendance and updating leave records
- Conducting on-boarding / induction program for prober integration, explaining HR policies & coaching
- Following up labor and visa issuance, medical insurance cards and Emirates ID (new & renewal)
- Arranging staff Payroll with (deductions / additions), WPS arrangements and calculating final settlements
- Coordination with Headquarter in Germany for the international business missions and visas arrangements.
Requirements
- Candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience
- Full awareness to UAE labor law.
- Speaks English and Arabic is a must.
