HR Manager

Job description / Role

HR Manager - Abu Dhabi

The role will report directly in the HR Director and you will be responsible for the operational aspects of the HR function as well as working on strategic projects with the HR Director.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage recruitment processes
- Monitor performance appraisals and identify and initiate on training needs
- Be the point of contact for employees and work on employee relations
- Take part in Talent Management initiatives and conduct employee engagement surveys
- Work on new strategic projects within performance management, training, employee engagement and employee relations

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 7-8 years experience in a HR function and have worked in the Middle East.

You must be very people focused and not be afraid to deal with complex people issues and represent the HR function within the business.

The salary pays in the range of AED 27,000 - AED 31,000 total package

The role is based in Abu Dhabi and therefore preference will be given to candidates living in Abu Dhabi.
