Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a growing catering company with clients all over the UAE. Our client is a recognised expanding brand within the hospitality industry and is looking to hire an HR Manager in their Dubai office to support a large and varied population.

You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle whilst focusing on key projects within training and recruitment. You will be the first point of contact for all queries on UAE labour laws. In addition, you will work on engagement initiatives, performance and talent management, reward strategy and other confidential projects.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be Degree educated with strong HR management experience. You should have recently worked in the hospitality industry. It is crucial you are pro-active, results orientated and professional at all times. You should also have a flexible approach to work.
