Job description / Role
A Leading multinational manufacturer are currently looking for a Regional HR Manager (GCC) to join their team in Dubai. Responsible for a team of 4 people you will be tasked with setting strategy with the Regional Director/VP (MEA) and managing all general HR operations
You will be responsible for:
- Attending and actively participate in country management team meetings to represent the HR arm of the business to ensure that the people perspective is fully captured in decision making and act as a trusted advisor on a range of HR issues and challenges.
- Driving operational excellence in the HR and Admin function and ensure a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle through smooth and effective delivery of day-to-day HR administrative and operational services to managers and employees
- Implementing the Group/Region HR strategy, goals, and priorities in the local organisations and translate them into locally fit initiatives and activities that enable the Countries to deliver on its business plan.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the UAE and GCC in a management/BP role.
- Have excellent knowledge of the UAE and GCC employment legislation and their practical application.
- Be able to demonstrable skills in advising and coaching individuals on a range of employment-related and people management matters.
- Practical knowledge of job grading systems, compensation structures, and merit pay administration.
