HR Manager

Job description / Role

Seeking an experienced HR Manager to work in a diverse operational HR role within a creative environment.
Responsibilities will include HR Operations and Administration Functions such as:

• Providing guidance to management,
• Employee relations,
• Comps & bens,
• Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
• HR Project Management
• L&D, talent management/talent pooling
• General Admin,
• Office Management,
• Facilities,
• Budget management

Requirements

To be shortlisted you must:

• Be educated to degree level or relevant HR qualifications.
• Have experience as a HR Generalist at an operational level and really enjoy operational HR
• Have experience in the UAE, with a very good working knowledge of UAE labor laws and how/when they apply
• You will have a very high level of communication both written and verbal in English, and be detail oriented.
