Position Title: HR Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A high-rise tower/hotel located in JBR
Job Description:
• Oversee all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and employee relations to training and development
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the hospitality establishment
• Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees
• Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees in various roles within the hospitality industry.
Salary:
AED
15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Must have at least 5 years of Proven experience in HR management within the hospitality industry
• Must have a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations relevant to the industry
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
