Job description / Role
Certis is a total security solutions provider with operations in more than 63 cities around the Asia Pacific region and Middle East. To support our dynamic growth, we are looking for experienced, motivated individuals to develop and lead the HR functions for our offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi:
HR Manager, Dubai (1 vacancy)
HR Manager, Abu Dhabi (1 vacancy)
Reporting to the Group General Manager for the Middle East, you will work in partnership with the corporate headquarters in Singapore to manage the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, compensation, performance management and staff welfare.
You will ensure that HR policies are in compliance with Middle East regulations and provide operational HR advice to management. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for HR administration such as payroll, benefits management, maintenance of employee personal data and relocation matters for expatriate staff. You will provide regular reports to headquarters and roll out new corporate initiatives where required.
Requirements
As the ideal candidate, you must be a university graduate with 4 to 6 years of progressively responsible experience in a HR generalist function.
You have a good track record handling HR operations and administration, and are well versed in local labour laws and legislature. Able to think critically and take ownership of decision making, you have a “hands-on” approach to work and can deliver results with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and fluency in English are essential.
Prior experience in the security industry would be an advantage.
