An opportunity for a HR Manager to join a manufacturing site based in Al Ain. The role will be part of a large regional business with operations across the region.

Description
* Improve current HR processes
* Monitoring annual leave and other entitlements
* Assist with drafting HR policies and procedures for the site
* Assist with recruitment process and administration
* Drafting employment contracts and onboarding processes
* Monitor training records and follow up with training actions
* Initiate employee engagement strategies
Job Offer
* AED 25,000 - AED 30,0000
* Role is based in Al Ain
Requirements
* 5+ years HR experience in UAE
* Degree educated with a qualification in HR (HR degree, CIPD, SHRM etc)
* Dynamic and self motivated attitude
* Strong team work experience
* ARABIC speakers only
* Manufacturing or production experience is essential (knowledge of HSE)
