HR Manager - Arabic Speaker - Excel expert
Our client is looking for an experienced HR professional with strong experience working within the UAE. This is a fully autonomous role and will require the candidate to take care of all HR operations including payroll

Description
* Support the CEO on the development and implementation of the HR operations
* Develop a strong relationship with key line managers within the business
* Develop and maintain a strong and efficient recruitment process across the Middle East
* Design succession and training plans for strong talents within the business
* Monitor and review the organizational structure and suggest changes where necessary
* Review the companies policies and procedures and suggest changes where needed
Job Offer
Salary is around AED 25,000 plus bonus.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years HR Management experience
* Must have advanced Excel skills (this will be tested during interview)
* Experience managing HR operations
* Arabic speaker - ESSENTIAL
* Bachelor degree or CIPD qualified - Essential
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong experience developing and implementing strategy across the full HR spectrum
