Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a large investment fund based in Abu Dhabi who is looking to hire an Arabic speaking HR Manager to support the Head of HR within the hospitality industry. This role requires someone that can provide HR support across the business, handling recruitment and training, assisting with the preparation of manpower budgets, HR policies and employee relations.
You will support the Head of HR in leading the efforts of the human resources team in the day-to-day operation. Ideally you will be someone that is able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency. Preferably, you will have specialised training in Labour law, compensation, organised planning and safety.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree educated in a related field and have a minimum of 5 years experience working within a similar senior leadership role ideally within the hotel industry. Preferably, you should also have 2 years of experience in managing a robust HR function at a corporate level.
