Charterhouse is working with a leading Fintech Group, who is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager within their Dubai Office. This role requires someone who has exceptional experience as a 360 HR Manager and is passionate about supporting with the growth of the business.

The HR Manager will handle the overall HR operations, working closely with the HR Director to lead, coordinate and develop the HR Policies and Procedures. This role will also collaborate with the HR Director and Senior Board Members to develop the HR Strategy to support organisation goals and business growth.

In addition, this role will be responsible for building talent and leading the recruitment and onboarding process, participating in performance management and handling employee engagement. The HR Manager will also assist in compensation and benefits to improve retention and enhance employee satisfaction.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should have further education within HR, Business Studies or Psychology with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a Senior HR Role and within the UAE. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is a crucial requirement for this position.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills along with strong leadership and people management skills. Our client is looking for candidates with knowledge and experience working within the financial industry with a strong understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges.
